Pontiac Repair: No Lights, fuse boxes, blown fuse

I own a 2002 Grand Prix I have no dash lights,day time running lights,and tail lights.  Plus when I open the drivers door the chime goes on like the headlights are on. I've checked all fuses they are all good.

does the chime go off even when the head lamps are off or when the lamps do not work the chime goes off. do the front parking lights work when the head lamp swithc is in the parking lights position? You could have a blown fuse for the tail lamps and the head lamp chime will still work. Did you check all the fuses this car has 2 fuse boxes one in the glove box and 1 under the hood. is there anything else on the car that doesn't work? How about the brake lamps?
