How do i change the control arm on front passenger side on a 96 pontiac grand prix

Hi christopher:

The control ar is helds on by 2 bolts one in the front and one in the rear. there is a clamp that attaches the stablaizer bad to the control arm that has to be removed and lastly the nut has to be taken off the lower ball joint. You will need a tool called a ball joint seperator to get the ball joint out of the crontrol arm be sure not to damage the boot on the joint or you will be replacing the joint as well. It's a pretty easy job to do. after you change the arm have the suspension aligned. Good luck :0
