The highbeam indicator light as well as the mileage back light stay on all the time any suggestions?

are any of the other back lights on as well or just the IPC? Do you have any other kids of wierd electrical issues going on with this car? If your only issue here is witn the IPC I think it's a safe guess that the IPC is at fault and notheing else like a headlamps withc or a bad ground connections some where. Good luck :)
