Pontiac Repair: 95 Bonneville, dimmer switch, steering wheel

My headlights are stuck on brights. Is this easily repairable? Switch? Headlights themselves?

Hi Steve:

when you say stuck on do you mean you can't switch from hi to lo beams or they are stuck on and you can't turn them off and it drains the battery? I'll assume they just will not switch from hi to lo. If that's the case my guess is the linkage for the dimmer switch "hi beam" is broken or came off track. it's an easy and cheap fix the you have to disassemble the steering columnto get to the part that broke or is misaligned. this is not a job for the do it your selfer due to the air bag in the steering wheel So my suggestion is that you get this fixd and do not attempt it your self.
