Pontiac Repair: PONTIAC MONTANE BATTERY, pontiac montana, dome lamps

My neighbor replaced his battery in his 92 pontiac montana and now has no power to his van.  We found what looks like a power lead line to the fuse block but we are not able to find where it hooks up.  Can you please help?  thank you

Can you give me a bit more details? where did you find this cable? what color is it and which fuse box? What was the reason for replacing the battery No power? does anything work in the van head lamps dome lamps Does the dash light up when the key is on but it will not crank?
