Pontiac Repair: Ponatic wont start, head lamps, hi doug

Question
When I turn the key over to start it act's the battery is dead. I changed the battery,starter, Anti theft relay and box with no luck. The two sets of keys are fine. Could it me the Ignition switch.

what model and year car is this? when it will not start(crank) do all of the accessories work like radio, wipers head lamps etc.... Whenyou say the keys are fine how do you know that? did you have them checked for proper resistance in the chip??
