Wires are att. on the starter. 2nd now the car has a secound problem. the car will start but then dies will not keep running at all.Any ideas at all

Answer
Hi Ron:

well you have to see what your missing as to why it will not stay running. that engine needs about between 40-45 psi of fuel pressure see what you have and see if it drops off once the car stsrts running. See if it has spark when it dies. The other issue is this that car has a factory antitheft system and if the system doesn't see the "crank signal" from the key/ignition switch it will not allow the car to key running. does it have a "security" lamp on at the dash???
