Isuzu Repair: 1990 isuzu pickup, vacuum hoses, vacuum leak

After letting this 4 cylinder sit for several months without driving it, the truck runs rough and won't stay running without giving it gas. It runs very rough. Any suggestions about what may be causing it to run so rough? Spark plugs? Plug wires?
Also, the blinkers don't work. I replaced fuses and bulbs. No luck.

You could have a vacuum leak somewhere, check your intake gaskets and all vacuum hoses, could be bad gas, or clogged fuel filter, yes change your spark plugs and check your wires. the blinkers run off of a relay, fuses and also a circuit breaker on your hazards. check to see if there is an open circuit.
