Pontiac Repair: 95 grand am, auto parts stores, wheel speed

i have a 95 grand am with 122,000 miles. the abs light is always on and my check oil light comes and goes! when im driving on the e-way and i stay steady at 55 - 75 the car starts to shake like its choking if i let off the gas or give it gas its fine, it only does this when i keep a steady speed. also when i run my a/c and im at a stop light it seems like the car is gonna die but it doesnt then when i get the green its slow to pick up speed but runs fine when im driving! any help would be great thanks

well the abs light can a any number of things from a bad wheel speed sesnor to an abs motor assembly bad or even a wiring issue some where. Get the car scanned for codes at one of the big box auto parts stores to see what codes are in the system and go from there. as for the low oil light if the oil level is full the most likely cause would be the sensor in the oil pan is bad. as for your running issues the lack of power and the surging could be related. You couls have a restricted fule filter or a fule pump that isn starting to go bad. Hope that helps you out. Good luck :}
