I have a Pontiac trans sport 2.3 OHC 16 valve 1994. The motor chain snapped, do the valves by that brake misshape or bend

Yup. If the timing chain break in that engine if pretty much bends all the valves and the head is then junk along with the valves. Unless this broke while you were trying to start the car the end result is usually not good at all! That is an interference engine meaning that the pistons will hit the valves if they are stuck open and the piston comes up and bends most of them.
