Pontiac Repair: 1997 Sunfire Auto Locks, auto locks, power locks

Power locks won't work for my 97 Sunfire.  How can I check/replace what's wrong with them?

Hi Marshall:

The power locks on that car are a pretty easy system. if the locks do not work from either switch you have either a power or ground problem to the switches. the locks use a fuse that's 20 amps called power accy. that fuse may be blown. and that is why it would not work. That's the first place to check. if that's not blown you have to check for a good ground at the switch. it's going to be either them as to the issue.  Good luck :}
