Pontiac Repair: blown head gasket, blown head gasket, google search

I have a 2003 pontiac grand prix  3.8l and I am wondering  if anyone can tell me where i would find on the web how to replace the head gasket step by step.

Are you sure it's a head gasket issue? That is a bit rare on these engines. Most of the time the upper intake manifold warps and starts leaking coolant into the engine. From time to time they leak so bad the engine fills up with coolant and they will not even crank over because the cyliders are full of coolant. Enough on that You can try a "google" search or even try one of the auto parts stores web sites like Autozone They have a pretty detailed how to secion but Lat time I looked it was for minor repairs but give that a try and see what happnes.
