Pontiac Repair: 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix- Lights turn on and off when change fan speed, pontiac grand prix, remote starter

When I started my Grand Prix today, my fan (heat) was on and totally stopped, I immediately turned it from 2 to 1 and I saw my lights go off, when I took the fan back to 2 they came back on.  It sounds electrical but I'm not sure what it is.  I also have a remote starter. Could this causing it?

I doubt the remote starter is causing this, but not sure.
My best advice would be to take it to a good shop your familiar with and have it properly diagnosed.
I would be guessing at a cause and I  do not totally understand your complaint, so thats why I would recommend having someone look at it in person.
