Pontiac Repair: ABS, rear brakes, wheel cylinders

1996 Grand Am Anti-lock brakes are locking up to soon even if the road is not that slick, is this a wheel sensor or what should I look for.

Is the ABS light illuminated on the dash?
If so I would have the code scanned.
Are you positive it is the ABS? IS the vehicle "squatting" and the rear brakes locking up?
If so, it needs a rear brake job and possibally rear wheel cylinders.
