how do you change the buld on the fog lamps under the headlites? 1999 pontiac grand prix,  thanks

herer is EXACT procedure from GM SI

Raise and suitably support the vehicle.  
Remove the nuts mounting the front fog lamp assembly to the front bumper fascia.
Reposition the fog lamp forward to access the electrical connector.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the front fog lamp assembly.
Remove the fog lamp assembly
Rotate the fog lamp bulb base counterclockwise to release, then remove the bulb.
