Pontiac Repair: horn not working, horn button, steering wheel

Hi a few months ago i took my car in to have the cruise control fixed and when i got the car back i noticed that my horn was not working but it worked before they did work to the car.So i think that it is in the steering wheel i was going to fix it myself but im not sure how to take the cover off the wheel and not sure about the airbag.I have a 2003 pont grand am se with a v6.Thanks Wayne

DO NOT pray around with this the air bag system is something that if your not sure about it can hurt you! Take it back to where you had the work done and explain the situation to them and maybe they will cut you some slack on the diagnosis. You need a special tool anyways to remove the air bag from the wheel. But to answer your original question ther is a wire that attaches the horn button to the steering column that can possibly be unplugged. Good luck and happy holidays :)
