Pontiac Repair: overheatin 98 sunfure SE, head gasket, stop leak

I have had overheating problems with it for about a year...I have replaced the head gasket, thermostat, temp. sensor, flushed the radiator, about to replace the coolant resevoir and hoses and get a new fan for it....but im still not sure that would work at all....and now the heaters not workin anymore....but it still overheats....

It could be a few things. Does this car "use" antifreeze? You could have an issue where this car overheated for bad that it cracked a cylinder head or has a warped head and in that way it would "use" antifreeze and it could be you root cause of the ovberheating. I sounds like you changed all the usual suspects. But there is some kind of underlying issue here that has been over looked. I cooling system pressure check would be the first thing I would look both on a old engine and then again after it is hot. As for the heater not working??? The fan is in-op or thre is just no heat and there is air movement?? If the fan doesn't work or only on high I would take a look at the blower resistor they have a tendenct to burn out on these cars. If you have no heat then it could be a air pocket on the heater core or the core is partially blocked/resiticted. If you put some sort of stop leak in this at one time it may have plugged the heater core???? Just a few suggestions. Good luck :)
