Pontiac Repair: Pontiac 6000 1989, pontiac 6000, hub cap

Question
I know this is an older model and you may not know but if can answer it would be great. We have a Pontiac 6000 and the tire went flat, we were on the side of the road loosening the lug nuts and there was a special locked lug nut. We went and looked at the instructions and sure enough we needed to get a key to unlock it. There was no key and parts shops and mechanics are looking at us like were crazy. All the tires have this flat head nut on it. Where would I be able to get a key so if this happens in the future I am prepared. Thanks for your help.

Answer
What this on the actual nuts them self or the nut that holds on the hub cap? If it's the one for the hub caps it's a plastic tool to take off that nut under the decrative cover on the hub cap. That is a dealer only part and you may not even be able to get one now being that it's so old. They were in different colors to tell which one was which EG: blue, green etc.. If it were the actual nuts it is more than likely some aftermarket wheel lock. nut some of the parts stores have universal nut removers that are basically a backwards threaded nut to go ovet that nut to loosen them up with in impact gun. get one of them and remove the lock nuts and replace them with just regular nuts. Good luck :)
