Pontiac Repair: delayed/fade courtesy light, bonneville ssei, courtesy light

I have a 2001 bonneville ssei. The delayed/fade courtesy light just quit...need some ideas where to start looking

Man, I just looked at the diagnostics for this concern, it is a 40 step worksheet.
You;ll need access to a scan tool to EASILY and SPEEDILY diagnose this concern.
just quick, it MAY be the Sunload sensor.
It MAY be the RIM (Rear Intergration Module)
