The high low beam is out on drivers side. I need to get some more room to replace the headlight bulb. I see one screw that X's outward pointing to the front.  Two screws going downward into the frame around the grill. Do I go underneath?

Answer
Hey Mike:
This is right out of the service manual. I'm unable to attcah the picture to this which is refering to which bolts are which but you get the idea: Your on the right track you just have to man handle the bumper cover a bit to get it out.
Remove the bolts (3) that retain the inboard edge of the headlamp (1).
Push the fascia downward.
Pull the headlamp (1) slightly forward at the side marker.
Slide the headlamp outboard in order to disengage the locating pins (2, 4).
Remove the headlamp (1).
Remove the electrical connectors.

Hope this helped :)
