Pontiac Repair: replacing gas filler neck, gm service manual, fuel filler pipe

Hi, I have a 1997 pontiac grand prix SE 3.8L and the gas filler neck is rusted( atleast on the outside). I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how to replace it. Thanks.

Here is EXACT procedure for GM Service manual.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Relieve the fuel system pressure.
Raise the vehicle.
Loosen the fuel filler hose clamp at the fuel tank.
Loosen the fuel filler hose clamp at the fuel filler pipe.
Remove the fuel filler hose.
Disconnect the vapor recirculation line at the fuel filler pipe.
Remove the fuel filler pipe attaching screw from the under body.
Remove the fuel filler pipe attaching screws from the fuel filler pipe access panel.
Remove the fuel filler pipe.
