Pontiac Repair: 2002 Sunfire no start, fuel pressure regulator, check fuel

Question
Thanks for the help in advance.  I have a 2002 Sunfire.  60,000ish miles.  I'm trying to get the girl to start.  I've changed the fuel pressure regulator, to no avail.  I can remove all injectors and see a nice stream/pulse when attempting to start.  Also i can see spark on all 4 plugs when I remove the plenum-type cover and attempt to start.  It has a 2.4L.  I can hear the Fuel pump running for a few moments, with key on engine off.  I'm kinda lost here.  Could it be possible the fuel filter?  Also, I can spray starter fluid into the throttle body, and it will run briefly, but stall out.

Answer
Hi
First if possible check fuel pressure. The pump MAY be running and pumping fuel, but it may not be enough to strat car. (SPECS KEY ON,ENGINE OFF 53-59psi)
USUALLY if you spray into the throttle and it starts it is either the Fuel pump OR the Theft system is at fault
Observe the "security" light on cluster.
Is it on steady, blinking or does it go out.
If it DOES NOT go out, post back.
If it does, I would highly suspect the fuel pump.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck
