Question

Answer
Well there is but but its not easy. First you probably have a chip in your key. Each side has metal contacts on it because it is a resistor, you will need to get a mulitmeter and measure the resistance between the contancts. Then go someplace like radio shack and buy the resistors ( make sure they are 12 volt) Now you will have to remove the panel underneath the steering wheel because you will be able to see two wire that are usually bright orange coming from there. Their diameter will be smaller than the other wires. This is usually why this problem occurs because when you turn your ignition these wires twist in your steering column and often break.

No last step is to disconnect the orange wires from the steering column then connect the resistor(s) on the side that runs under the dashboard.

This should work. If this doesn't sound like something you want to do, then you need to replace the ignition key switch and the two wires through your steering column.
