Pontiac Repair: coolant filling procedures, radiator flush, pontiac grand prix

i am looking for the coolant filling procedure on a 94 pontiac grand prix the low coolant indicator came on but the level is fine and it shows that the car is over heating but its not. so i want to replace the low coolant sensor what else could it possibly be

Actually this problem can also be caused by a radiator that has developed to much crud in its system and requires a good flushing.

You can get a radiator flush from any auto parts store.

However you can just as easily do both at the same time. Personally if I were to change out the sensor I would do the flush at the same time just to be on the safe side.
