Pontiac Repair: Front Turn Signal, pontiac sunfire, headlamp bulb

Question
I Don't know how to get to the burned out bulb in my 99 Pontiac Sunfire. How do you get to the bulb, there does not seem to be anyway to access it.

If you need to replace a headlamp bulb,
You'll need to remove the Hood Close Out Filler by
Raise and support the hood.
Disengage the push-pin retainers.
Remove the upper intake splash shield.
then
Remove the lamp assembly.
Remove the socket.
remove the bulb.
If you need to remove the park lamp/ turn bulb, you'll need to
Remove the front inner wheel housing.
Remove the park/turn signal lamp retaining nuts.
Push the lamp assembly outward.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the socket and bulb.
