Pontiac Repair: 96 Grand Prix SE, vacumed, c oil

Question
My A/C compressor locked up and I had to replace it as I couldn't find just the clutch. After I installed the new compressor I had the system vacumed and refilled. Now I can't get the A/C to work at all, thinking it was a bad compressor I replaced it again with no change. Heater and the car in general are perfect other then this but I have no idea what to look at next. Any ideas?

Answer
It sounds as if you have a wire not connected or a bad connector. I apologize for the last portion of my previous response I failed to notice the second replacement. The other reason that it could be happening is that you A/C oil level is not correct. When servicing you need to put at least one to two cans of this in first.
