Pontiac Repair: window lift motor, 1997 sunfire, white lithium grease, 1997 pontiac sunfire

I have a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire sedan, 2.4 L engine.  The drivers side windows, both front & back do not go all the way up sometimes.  If I wait a few minutes the window will go up a few inches and stop.  I can get it all the way to the top over a period of time.  I think the motor needs to be replaced.  Do you agree?  If so, will you send me a step by step procedure to accomplish this replacement?  Thank you in advance for your help.

yes the motors are prob weak and need repalced they are prob kicking the breaker out in the fuse box , try rolling them down and spraying white lithium grease in the winsow tracks and slide4sd along with some wd 40 and try that first work them up and down
