Pontiac Repair: Lights, fuse box, window buttons

Question
I have a '99 Firebird and the radio display does not light up but in certain light the numbers are still visible (so obviously works just not the light). Also the lights on the steering wheel controls do not light up nor do the little lights in either door panel that shine on the door and window buttons. Could this be a relay? I've checked the fuses and they're all fine or could they have all blown out at some point? Any help would be appreciated.

i would say all your interior lights are on the same circut and have no power to them . since you have checked all the fuses, you might have two fuse box locations please look in the owners manul for details. have you tryed to wiggle and jiggle the headlight switch? or tun it off and on? those lights should comeon when you turn the lights on or even check the dimmer controll for power and functional ability
