Pontiac Repair: 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GT R-Tail Light, pontiac grand prix, light holes

Question
I have what looks like water inside of my right tail light, Between outer and inner break shield, Were the lights are are dry. How do I get to the part were the water is and clean it.

remove the taillight from the car dry it out best you can, take a blowdryer and through the light holes air dry it, take anyhting you can think of and stick through the hole with a small part of a rag tapped to it to clean it then seal the seam with silicone , let dry then reinstall put some aroung the gasket on the body and the bulb seal too
