Pontiac Repair: 2000 pontiac sunfire gt convertible, pontiac sunfire, 2000 pontiac sunfire

Question
Recently, the air/windows/conv top do not engage until the car has run for a bit.  How do I fix this?

I would have the Ignition electrical switch checked.
It looks like the only thing in common with the windows/top and the air. The windows and top get their voltage from the same circuit breaker. The air does not use that breaker it uses a different fuse, BUT it uses the same hot wire from the ignition switch.
This is why I would have switch checked.
