Pontiac Repair: pontiac firebird 96, side kick panel, fuel pump relay

Question
The car will not start the fuel pump has been replaced and there is still no gas pumping. we can not locate the fuel pump relay or restart switch.Do you know of any thing else it could be

The fuel pump relay is mounted behind the driver-side kick panel/dead pedal (driver-side left foot rest). Before replacement make sure there is power going to it. If this is not your problem then the computer is the next thing to check because it is what directly energizes the relay. It may not be receiving the correct 5v reference signal or correct crank signal. Hope this is some help.
