Pontiac Repair: 96 Bonneville heat, blower works, radiator hose

Question
I surfed your site and saw an identical problem to the one I'm having with my '96 Bonneville. It was at the dealership last week and had the blower motor and thermostat replaced.  The tech told me he "didn't feel like the heat was hot enough" so he flushed out the cooling system (?).  I got in the car and now have NO heat at all.  The blower works and the thermostat is new, but even set at 90 degrees (I have the auto climate control), it blows totally cold air when set on heat.  It's getting cold and I need my heat, but am reluctant to take it back to that particular dealership to have it fixed.  What could be the problem?  Originally, I took it to them because my a/c would always come on when I cold started the car (i.e. first thing in the morning) and would run fine until I turned the car off, got out and then came back and restarted the car.  Then the air may or may not come on.  Sometimes it'd come on while I was driving, but not often.  But it always worked when I first started the car, and as long as I didn't turn the car off anywhere, it stayed running.  So, they replaced the blower motor and the thermostat, but as I said, I now have no heat.  HELP!

Answer
Hi, check and make sure that the thermostat is not stuck  open, you can do this by feeling the top radiator hose, if it is hot then the thermostat is working, if you can hole yor hand on the hose then thermostat is stuck open, also check for a loose vacumm line, a loose vacuum can cause a door not open, and want let the heat in, this could be in the A/C sloenod switch assmbly, not letting the heat come on.
