How do you install the fuel filter in a 99 Grand Am?

Hi. frist remove the fuel pump fuse, start the engine let run until it stop, then let the engine turn over  a few more times, this will let the pressure off the filter, then you will have to jack the rear of the car up, the filter is at the gas tank, disconnect the fuel lines. then put the new filter on the same way the old one came off. put the fuse back in and turn the key on an off a couple of time before starting.
