I was just wondering what might be the problem if the wiper when on delay they stop at the top of the windshield but when on low or high they are just find. I already replaced the wiper motor but it was the same. It started when I started the car and the wipers were frooze to the windshield and I didn't notice. It then spun the little screw that holds the piece that holds the wiper arm to the wiper motor.
Is there a way to time the wipers or is the piece with the spring around it no good? It stays at the top when inbetween wiping cycles on delay

Hi, I thank this will work, turn the wipers on the delay, when the wiper get to the top turn the switch key off, this will keep the there, then take the arm a loose from the motor, now turn the key back on and turn the wiper off, this will let the motor go back to off point, now pull the wiper back down with your hand then reconnect the arm, if this don't work then it is in the switch.
