Pontiac Repair: wipers, pontiac grand prix, test light

My wishield wipers do not work is their a way i can test it or what could it be the car is a 94 pontiac grand prix se 3100

Hi, check the fuse, if the fuse are ok, then check for voltage going to the motor. check the volt on the big red wire with a test light, if the come on then it would be the motor needs replacing. If the dose not come on and the fuse are good then it would the switch. Make sure you check for loose connection at the motor.
