Pontiac Repair: 94 Pontiac Bonneville wont start, pontiac bonneville, pick ups

Question
94 Pontiac Bonneville, 3.8 3800 V-6 will not start. checked: fuses, fuel filter, fuel pump at filter, fuel at fuel rails pushing out schrader valve w/lots of pressure; has spark-will start spraying WD-40 into intake, injectors work (click) jumpered individually from battery; changed Crank and Cam pick-ups, replaced PCM (computer); wireing harnesses look good, good vacuum connections to fuel press reg.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Well obviously it is a fuel problem. Either the injectors are not pulsing or you dont have enough fuel pressure.
Unplugg an injector and jump across the connector with a test light. Crank the engine and the light should flash. If it doesnt, turn the key on and check for power to the injector.
