Porsche Repair: window problem, electrical problem, switches

hello Dave,
 here i am with a new problem..:((
 my window is not going up anymore..what ca be the problem?i took a look inside of the door but i saw that the window motor is very get's very hot after few seconds but it's not pushing the window up..its stuck down,and icant close it..and also the wires gets very hot .can be a electrical problem?or the motor can be brocken?or the buttons?can u please give  me some suggestion..

Hi Daly...

So... since I haven't heard from you in a while, the car and you must be doing well.

As far as the window goes, the motor is shot.  It's obviously getting 12v based on the heat in it and the wires...but it's not moving...it'll have to be replaced.  If it wasn't getting voltage we'd consider the switches, etc.  These motors get a lot of use and they work really hard, so wearing out is very logical.
