RV Repair: 2004 R-Vision Exterior Electrical Problems, switch panel, gfci

Question
Hello all,

I have a 2004 R-Vision Trail Bay 31' tongue pull travel trailer. The exterior lights suddenly went out. I have a new battery, new truck #for charging#, checked all fuses in panel, checked in-line fuse near battery and did not have any problems with the exterior lights or bulbs before hand...they all just quit.Checked the breakers and GFCI too. Also, I checked power behind switch panel and it was fine too. This happened while we were staying in it. One night it worked, the next nothing. Not sure what else to look for. Any help is appreciated!!!

Answer
I am guessing you are talking about your trailering lights.  If so, does the truck have power at the 7-way connection?  If not, look for a ground.

If you are talking about exterior lights used while parked, you need to find the power problem.  Somewhere you lost power.  Follow the wires back until you find it.  I only have one exterior light that came with the camper, over the door.  If that quits, it is due to bulb.
