RV Repair: Soft Floor, kodiak skamper, floor question

Question
QUESTION: I've owned a 19' 2001 Kodiak Skamper by Aerolite since July 2003. I believe I'm the second owner.  The camper was in great condition when I bought it.

After opening this spring, I noticed the floor was stained and soft starting from in front of the refrigerator and was worse under the table area; mostly on the left of the camper #when standing inside#. The floor under the left bench to the wall was stained as well and somewhat soft. There were/are no noticeable leaks in the roof, and the plumbing looks to be in pretty good condition. Everything was drained from the system two years ago.  So I don't believe the pipes/tubing froze and leaked.  BUT over this past winter #Central NY#, my boyfriend blew snow from the snow thrower up against this side of the camper.  The snow was at and above the vent and hot water access.

Could this have caused the damage vs. a leak in the roof or plumbing? Before we begin fixing this mess, I want to know if the snow could have caused the issue vs. a leak in the roof or plumbing.  We do not intend to use the camper this season and would prefer to keep the lines dry.  AND we want to avoid the same mistake.

ANSWER: have you gone up and inspected the roof to see if there are and cracks or seal missing around the vents and trims.
this is the first place i would check.
