RV Repair: 2 RV SLIDE PROBLEMS, happy camping, cargo bar

I have a 2007 holiday Arista and the slide out is about 3/8" higher in the rear of the coach. This lets in a lot of air when it is windy or cold. Can this be adjusted? Also how do I hand crank this slide if it stops operating.

yes there is a little adjustment that can be made.
we have even added a wipe seal along the bottom on some.
to hand crank you have to get into the cargo bar remove the cover and put the slide out in neutral and push in or out by hand it takes a couple of people
