QuestionQUESTION: while running my generator i was vacumming and my son was watching tv he decided to make microwave popcorn when he turned it on power dropped then a sec later everything went off and i have not had power from generator since generator runs fine but no power to any appliances or outlets we have a 1988 gulfstream sunstream 33 ft class a onan generator please help i checked fuses and they are intact could it be breakers are burnt ?

QUESTION: yes it was on and generator was running fine
ANSWER: ok are you hooked up to shore power and does everything work that way?
the power goes from the generator to the transfer switch to the unit.
the transfer switch has relays and a circuit board in it.
also did trip and reset all the breakers just to see?

QUESTION: everything runs fine off shore power but the fridge it runs off coach battery and drains it but it wont run off shore power since the incident with microwave

is the generator a emerald plus/marque or 7.5?gas/LP or diesel
things to check if possible
1.if there is a popped gfi receipt in the coach or refer opening.
2.is there voltage coming out of the generator
3.do you have voltage at the transfer switch
4.also low voltage at number 2 or 3 will not let the transfer switch work
