RV Repair: Tank Temp (water), tank temp, stat system

Question
Model: Suburban SW10DE. Gas fired only temp is 130'  Electric fired only temp is 109. 2003 model. No bypass system. Good anode. New 1440W element.
Should I expext a higher temp with electric only.

The exact tep of the water is going to include to many outside issues to get hotter water______
When you take a barbeck t-stat system you only get what you get It will change from time to time time in tank and outside weather as well as placement of t-stat.
there is no exact to the water tep
