RV Repair: 1975 kountry aire travel trailer, sams web, wash dishes

Hi, we are newbies to camper group and i have a few questions. We just bought a 1975 kountry aire 30'travel trailer. I cannot find ANY info on this thing. Do you know where i could find the weight, and users manual at all for this,or any other info? My next question is: the guy we bought this from doesnt know if it has battery backup, how do we find that out. Also, he said the fridge only runs on electric as with the water pump. I dont know if the fridge is original or something he put in, he doesnt seem to know too much about running things off propane or battery back up because he had this on a permanent site with electricity. Is there a way to find out if the fridge runs on propane also? Is there something that we can do to convert things to electric,12v,or propane?  We camp a lot and sometimes we get electrical sites, other times we dont. We need to be able to make this camper work for us at all times. If we dont have an electric site, can we still take a shower,wash dishes,flush the toilet? We have a 12v deep cyle marine batter, but i dont know how long we would have working lights, etc. and that wouldn keep our fridge running for an extended time, am i right?Like I said, we are camper newbies and Im sure we have a ton more questions, but these are what i can think of right now that are important to us. thank you for your help

This is a huge question I would suggest going to good sams web site or trailer life and looking through the articles. They make a book on it excuse the name but it has great info I called rving for dummies I know it sound bad but hte info is spot on in most cases try these if you still have more questions then I,ll have ti get you an email and go line by line
