RV Repair: RV AC blower fan barely rotating, capasitor, blower fan

my RV's AC fan started acting like it was winding down when it was on, and eventually just stopped, making a humming noise. I opened up the vent and then the cover to the blower, and the blower is turning very slowly. I tried to give it a hand turning, but it was hard to turn it any faster than it was going. I'm not sure if this is the capacitor, or my blower motor. Thanks for any help you can give.

If you know something about ac then here what to do check the capasitor and the run cap to Then you will know if the motor is bad. If you are not careful a cap can kill you it put out high voltd to help start the fan and compressor. So please use caution or take it to a good dealer
