RV Repair: traveler trailer, coachmen travel trailer, rv shop

Question
I have a 2006 30' coachmen travel trailer with electrical issue. When the 110v shore line is plugged in the outer skin is (hot) electrified. I have checked the grounds. All systems work except the frig so far.  All breakers good . What is happening?

Answer
UNPLUG IT NOW!!!!!!! If some one with a heart condition or a kid with wet feet, touches the rv you will kill them.
If you havent added anything new to the walls or had any major repairs done the problem is that on of the staples that hold the skin on has rubbed through the wire in the wall. To test this you will have  use EXTREME CAUTION Plug it in and turn off one breaker at a time use a volt meter to find out witch circuit is gounding out on the trailer remember your on rubber tires and if the box you are pluged into to is not right that could cause problems too. I would strongly suggest that you take it to a rv shop that know what they are doing. Be sure to ask them what they  know before you take it in.

I wish I could be more help but this could kill someone if you are not careful
