RV Repair: Dutchmen 2002 slide adjustment, dutchmen trailer, slide adjustment

I just purchased a Dutchmen trailer with a LR slide. Ther is previous water damage at the inside walls on the trailer at the edges of the slide. I can see a little daylight on the top corner of the slide. The bottom of the interior of the slide is definately sealed tighter than the top. I believe I need to lower the outside end of the slide to make the interior top fit tighter. The owners manuel is not very helpful with this adjustment. Any information or direction would be appreciated.

Ok some times the hearder gets rotten to so what you can try is to lower the slide on the out side underneth be careful this needs to be done in small amount s due to the fact that you can damage the hole room and cause it to bind send pic of under  side if you can will help me
