RV Repair: onan gen. wont start, common sence, turnes

I am a R V  tech. have been for ten years now . Dont work in on onan  gen. that much .The gen. turnes over good but no spark no power to coil or fuel pump, oil ok, new gas, but without spark it cant run. some one has been into it because some bolts are out of covers, but nothing to do with starting or running.

Do a normal check to see if you have good power coming into the gen. and that it is a strong enough source that it will start it. There should be a board that you can get to where you can check that the gen. is getting the power that it needs. as with anything start at the battery and slowly work your way back. Common sence on these problems does go along way. never assume anything.
