RV Repair: 1987 Viking Popup Camper, storage area, dinette

The popup mechanism is broken on the right side popup mechanism closest to the door.  Access to the mechanism is available in the cabinet and under the storage area of the dinette. Is this a difficult repair.  Any information or diagrams would be deeply appreciated.

Kevin, Unfortunately there are no diagrams that I know of for you to look at. If it is accessed through the cabinet you should be able to see how it is supposed to run. You may want to make 4 boards the length of difference in the top and bottom when open to support it up while making the repairs. Thanks, Bill
