RV Repair: PROBLEMS WITH MY 97 BOUNDER ONAN 5000 GENERATOR, bringing it home, bounder

I recently got my RV out of storage from a limestone mine. I started the generator up a few times with no problems the first 2 weeks after bringing it home. I started it last week and it started for about 5 seconds and shut off and will not start now. I can hold the start button down and pull i think it's the choke and it will start for a few seconds then shuts off. I changed both plugs and the fuel filter and the oil, but can not get it to run. HELP !

Scott, Make sure that the summer/ winter switch is in the right position. Also make sure the fuel pump is still working, after that the best thing I can say is to take it in to a repair shop as there can be several reasons that this might happen. Thanks, Bill
