RV Repair: Re-wiring my 1982 Coleman Tent-Trailer, coleman tent trailer, volt power

Question
I recently bought a 1982 Coleman Colonial tent-trailer.  The wires to the inverter and battery have been cut and some are missing completely.  It has a 12V battery and a 110 switch on it. I haven't been able to find a wiring diagram to re-wire this.  Do you know where I can find one or are you able to explain the basic theory behind the wiring of the inverter for me.

Thank You

Answer
Dominic, The basic way these are wired and this is a converter for your knowledge. The 110 power comes in and the converter makes 12 volt power. The coach is run on 12 volt unless they also have 110 lights in it as well. The switch is for you to put the coach on battery only or switch to 110 when you are plugged in to power. I hope this helps, Bill
